The Neighborhood:

This beautiful condo is perfectly located close to all of the area attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, as well as access to the Smoky Mountain National Park! With so much to see and do, such as Dollywood, Ober Gatlinburg, dinner shows, museums, shopping and more, there is no reason to be bored. Plus, there are so many amazing hiking trails and scenic drives in the area that you can never do all of them during your stay! There is always something to do here no matter the time of year or type of weather! The Foodies and Thrill Seekers will be pleased!!



Getting Around:

Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, you will be only minutes from Dollywood and all the entertainment that the city offers. The condo is also just 20 mins from Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountain National Park.



Other Things to Note:

*NO PETS ALLOWED!

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*Outdoor community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
