You’ll receive a personalized key code for the front door a few days before check-in. Parking is available for up to two (2) cars in the driveway to the right of the cabin. Please avoid parking in the driveway to the left, as it is reserved for the neighboring cabin.

IDENTITY / RENTAL AGREEMENT / SECURITY DEPOSIT:
In order to book this cabin, your identity on the VRBO booking platform must be verified (phone number, email, payment information and driver's license). You will be asked to sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking else reservation will be cancelled. Signing the rental agreement and paying the security deposit is required to get the door access code. If the rental agreement is not signed and/or security deposit not paid for, door access code will NOT be provided and reservation will be cancelled.

CONSTRUCTION:
The resort is still being completed, and there may be construction activity nearby during daytime hours as the community nears completion. You may hear or see work happening in the area.

PARKING:
The cabin can only accommodate 2 vehicles for parking in the designated driveway. There is no overflow parking in the resort community at this time.

ENTRY:
Front door has an electronic keypad in which you will enter your personalized key code. Check in anytime after 4pm ET. Check out is at 10am ET. No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, additional fees will incur.

INTERNET/CABLE:
Up to 500Mbps high speed wireless internet. Smart TVs throughout. Provide your own login for Netflix or other streaming services.

BEDS:
There are 3 bedrooms.
- First bedroom on the main level has a king sized bed which sleep two (2) adults.
- Second bedroom on the upstairs level has a king sized bed which sleeps two (2) adults.
- Third bedroom on the upstairs level has a bunk bed (queen over queen) which sleeps four (4) persons.
- Gameroom in the basement level has a pull-out sofa bed (queen size) for two (2) persons.

KITCHEN:
Stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils and coffee machine.

LAUNDRY:
A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. We provide a STARTER SUPPLY of laundry detergent pods, but guests will need to purchase or bring additional detergent based on the length of their stay.

AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides a STARTER SUPPLY of essentials, including: one roll of paper towels, one dish soap, four dishwasher pods, toilet paper, hand soap, bathroom/kitchen can liners, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. YOU MAY NEED TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES depending on the length of your stay. Please note that toiletries such as toothpaste and floss are not provided.

TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container on the side of the front porch by the designated parking spots. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick ups.

HOT TUB:
Private Hot Tub
Glass is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Ring Security Camera mounted above front porch of the cabin facing to the side of the front door and parking stalls.

We do not allow pets at this time.

Absolutely NO smoking/vaping indoors

REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters as well as power outages. We recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD,AWD and/or tire chains.
