Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Bunk Beds | Living Room: 1 Pull out couch.

Perfect for families traveling together. This luxury cabin can sleep 8 guests with 2 king beds, 2 twin over twin bunk bed & a queen pullout couch in the living room.

Private Driveway:
★ 2 cars and upto 3 cars can fit in the private driveway parking. Additional cars can be parked on the street if needed.

Main Floor:
★ The main level features an open floor plan with living room, dining room (seating for 8), and kitchen.
★ The living room features an electric fireplace, pullout queen couch and 55" Smart TV.
★ The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances.
★ There is one bedroom with a king size bed and 50" Smart TV and a full bathroom on the main floor.
★ The full-sized washing machine and dryer are also located on the main floor.
★ There is another half bathroom located near the living room and kitchen.

Upper Level:
★ Game room/TV room with 65" Smart TV, NEW 60 Barrell shaped arcade game with chairs & New Air Hockey Table. Also equipped with board games
★ 2 bedrooms (1 king & 2 bunk beds) with 50" Smart TVs each
★ 1 full bathroom with double sink which is shared between the 2 upstairs bedrooms
★ Office desk for guests to use for work while on vacation

Outside:
★ Campground Style Charcoal Grill (BYO lighter, Charcoal & Lighter fluid)
★ 2nd-story deck with a dining area, Gliding chairs
★ Firepit area with log style seating (however firewood is not provided. Locally available for purchase.)

Hot Tub:
★ Private Hot Tub
★ Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!


We provide linens for beds, bath towels and wash cloths as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 2 kitchen trash bags. These amenities are limited therefore we recommend bringing additional supplies from home or purchasing them locally.

The kitchen includes everything you would expect in a normal kitchen – stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, toaster, Drip & also a Keurig K-cup coffee maker, various size pots and pans, baking sheets, wine glasses, and dinnerware.

We are coffee lovers and you will love our starter pack of Keurig coffee pods.

Also enjoy free, reliable high-speed internet throughout the cabin and outdoor spaces.
Cable TV access provided through the spectrum TV app which has 60+ channels.

No Steep roads to get to this cabin!

This cabin is on city water (not well water).


GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire cabin and 3 parking spaces. You will be given a door code to access the keypad on the front door prior to your stay. The code is only active during the reservation so that no previous or future guests can enter.

You’ll drive right up to Osprey Oasis Cabin. Keyless entry with door code is provided in your welcome instructions. The cabin is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Osprey Oasis Cabin accommodates up to ten people. Additional guests must be pre-approved and will incur an added fee.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

★ Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance and near parking area for the protection of our guests. No video or sound is recorded inside of the house.

★ Pets (Dogs) Allowed: We understand that pets are also members of the family. Well-trained pets (house-trained and crate-trained) are welcome at the cabin. Please do not allow pets on any furniture when inside the cabin. Pet fees of 149$ per pet applies. Maximum 2 pets. No Cats allowed. If extra pets are sneaked in without prior approval a 500$ deep cleaning charge will be applied.

★ Fire Pit: Firewood can be brought at the local gas stations or general stores or super markets. We do not supply firewood or lighter fluid.

★ All persons must be 25+ unless accompanied by a supervising adult. Maximum 3 children per supervising adult. While children are always welcome, this property is not toddler/baby-proof and children must be supervised at all times. Children cannot be left unattended at the cabin. The person on the reservation must be reasonably available at the property for the entirety of the reservation.

★ We do not allow Parties or Events

★ No Smoking inside the cabin

★ CANCELLATION POLICY & TRIP INSURANCE
We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that will affect their trip. No refunds will be given due to weather, natural disasters, travel delays, or cancellations. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking.

★ Remember, we're in the mountains. You will certainly see bugs, critters, and may even see some bears! Always be aware of your surroundings. DO NOT FEED THE BEARS! Bear safety tips are located at https://www.nps.gov/grsm/learn/nature/black-bears.htm. Please review these tips and take care to inform your group.
