METICULOUSLY CLEANED AND THOROUGHLY SANITIZED* - hot tub is fully drained and disinfected between every guest! Our Supporting team takes great pride in following a thorough sanitation protocol and eager to work closely with Guests for any last-minute request or during stay to make your stay as much as comfortable as possible. Rest assured the space is completely prepared for your safety and enjoyment.

**Security Camera
There is only One security cameras facing outwards from the house towards the driveway with flood light. This cameras is on and record video and audio 24/7 and are limited to the use for safety and security purposes only. It also turn on the light for the porch and the parking when there is movement in the parking & stair area. There are no security cameras inside or facing the back of the house so your privacy is fully maintained. Tampering with camera will consider as breaking house rules and airbnb will be notified of these actions.

Upon check in the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening since it gets drained, cleaned,and refilled every turn. However, it will be sparkling clean! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK
Hot tub has Privacy wall for safety and privacy.

-TRAVEL INSURANCE: We Highly Recommend you to purchase travel insurance from Air Bnb to cover unexpected travel related issues as there will be NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
