Luxury Condo in Pigeon Forge

Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, right behind the Parkway, this sizable condo provides guests with all their favorite amenities of home with a unique mountain twist. Visitors will enjoy the comforts of having a full kitchen, including a complete glassware, dishware and utensil set. Free high-speed wifi, cable tv, central heat and air, and a personal laundry room are also included. Guests will also enjoy being within walking distance to many popular Pigeon Forge attractions like The Old Mill and Patriot Park. After an exciting day touring the area, visitors will love coming back and relaxing in front of their condo’s roaring gas fireplace, or unwinding on the private balcony as the sun sets over the mountains in the distance. During the warmer months, families will also love having exclusive access to the resort’s large heated pool and water slide! Don’t forget that from the balcony or living room of each of our condos, guests have a clear view to the fireworks and light displays at Patriot Park during special events and occasions.

First the mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing. It is no longer flat, has high and low spots. (we woke up with a back ache on a couple of mornings. Second the master bathroom had a foul swelling odor. The odor was stronger at times. Sometimes it would disappear and then reappear hours later.

I noticed I had an email when I got home with the instructions on checking out. That was a little late. Other condos we have stayed in gives the checkout instructions up front which makes it nice for the renters.

Great Stay, But be care full when leaving!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is that when exiting the establishment, you can not see any on coming traffic from the right due to the bush/tree at the entrance. When traffic is heavy from Veterans, it is very dangerous having to ease out into the road to see if any cars are coming from the right side of Teasters road when trying to turn left onto teasters. I reported this issue on my last stay and it seems my concerns fell on deaf ears!!!

Older badly worn property

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 502 is NOT the one to rent at this time. It was not well maintained and had some issues. Best description I can think of is OLD and DIRTY. The mattresses are very bad (old and lumpy) The carpet was old and dirty, so dirty that we were afraid to walk on it without shoes on. The screen door to the balcony was ripped and let bugs in. The closet door will not stayed closed and blocks the aisle. The toilet is loose and about to fall off its base. The controls for the fireplace were loose on the wall and we were afraid to use it. The street noise is bad till after midnight. Did not feel that we got our monies worth on this place. It was probably very nice when new, many years back but now the deferred maintenance has snowballed into a hot mess. Maybe they can remodel/update their places and let us know, otherwise we will be securing different lodging next trip to the Smokies. Would love to have a place that is updated and clean rumor is that they are starting to renovate some of these units but they will NOT tell you which ones are renovated and clean before you rent. To me 502 should be pulled out of the rental cycle until the owner does a proper renovation!
