The owner are a 10 out of 10 to work with. The location was great. The only thing I can say is the condo is out dated and needs a face lift.

Property was a little dated. Could not find hot tub. Wife used jucuzzi tub once in main bathroom and all kinds of junk came through jets on it. She was not happy. Needs cleaned. It was close to everything. Went to leave and could not find cart anywhere. Property needs another.

My family and I loved this condo! It is the perfect location! Everything was very nice. Its quite but you are just a few minutes from Pigion Forge so we were able to go in the morning and come back and rest before any afternoon activities or dinner shows. We sat on the balcony every night and watched the fireworks from Dollywood. I would absolutely recommend and i would definitely come back!!!

This is a lovely place. Excellent view of the city from dining area, plus a mountian view from balcony. Very spacious living area. Enjoyed my brief stay there.

Everything Was Great!!

I can't say enough good about this property! VERY CLEAN! It was one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed! Host Jeanine was great - easy to contact and helpful with all our questions. We felt safe and secure. We did not have any difficulty sleeping, but light sleepers might be disturbed by some traffic noise in the master bedroom as it is located on the road side of the building, but it was not a problem for us. Although the parking area is not large, we had no problem in our minivan. The lot filled up full on the busy weekend. The location was perfect for us. The condo is easy to get to without steep hills or narrow winding roads. The location made it possible for us to spend a lot of time in Gatlinburg as well as Pigeon Forge. It is easily accessed off the main roads. The view was lovely from windows and deck overlooking golf course with mountains in the background. Could even see the top of the coaster at Dollywood in the distance and enjoyed hearing the train whistle from that theme park. We would be happy to stay again. The weather was wonderful sunny high 70s when we were there and the sunshine can really heat the condo up even keeping curtains and blinds closed when we were out. We did not try to use the a/c so cannot comment on that - we just couldn't bring ourselves to even consider using it in late October! Really enjoyed our stay! Met our needs very well!

Condo itself was nice

Two BR 2B with kitchen was excellent. Master BR bad for morning traffic noise, and curtains emitted daylight in early morning hours. My husband moved to 2nd BR because of it. Cleaning could be better, bathroom floors need attention as when walking on them seemed to make sticking noise on shoes. Hair was still in tub and shower from previous guests. It was two days before leaving that my husband figured out how to get local tv and change channels. Instructions for remote use needs major upgrade or housekeeping should insure it is reset for normal viewing after last guests use.

Fabulous Condo

The location is fabulous. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg. Beautiful views of the Gatlinburg Golf Course, The Smoky Mountains and you can even see the fireworks from Dollywood from the balcony with great views on PF from the front door. The condo is beautifully decorated with anything you would need to cook a meal. Very comfortable bedding and plenty of places to lounge in the spacious living room. The host was amazing to deal with, very accommodating with excellent communication. Highly recommended, will definitely rebook in the future!

Excellent family vacation!

We had 2 couples and the facilities were perfect for us. Great views of the Smokey Mountains and Pigeon Forge with many windows overlooking the panoramic scenery. Very clean and well stocked.

Great views but floor was sticky

The owner of the property was great but the people they use to clean the place should be fired. I tried to get in touch with the cleaning people and they said they would come and clean the floor but they never showed.

Excellent! Exactly what we needed.

We were in Pigeon Forge for a dance convention and this property was perfect. It was close to the LeConte Center but far enough away to give us a break when we needed it. Comfortable and clean. And You really can see the fireworks from Dollywood every night!
