Guest Access:

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies. Plus, as part of the Big Bear resort, you can enjoy fantastic community amenities, including:

▷ Outdoor pool (10 AM - 10 PM)

▷ Indoor pool & hot tub (10 AM - 10 PM)



Parking around Big Bear Resort is generally available, but it can feel a bit tight — kind of like city parking, especially during busier times. Each unit is allowed one parking spot in the lot at the bottom of the hill. The spots aren't assigned, but there's usually enough for everyone staying in the complex.



If you have more than one vehicle, there's "Excess Parking" nearby, plus a few extra spots in front of and behind the condo buildings up the hill. No trailers or motorhomes unless they can fully fit into a standard-sized parking space.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is a fantastic blend of convenience, mountain charm, and resort-style amenities. Located within Big Bear Resort, this area is perfect for those looking to enjoy the best of Pigeon Forge while still having a peaceful retreat in the Smoky.

Getting Around:

The drive is easy — just a half mile off the Parkway in a developed area. Unlike remote cabins with steep, winding roads, this location is much more accessible. The only challenge is a steep switchback at the neighborhood entrance, but most cars handle it fine. In icy conditions, it could be tricky until plows have salted the road.

☑︎ Please know that the properties themselves are large cabins which are split into smaller units for our guests to enjoy. Don't worry! All of the amenities & spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, patios, hot tubs, living rooms, kitchens, entrances, etc. are still completely private and you will not have to share with any other guests.

☑︎ To get to the cabin, you'll need to go 15-20 stairs down.
