House Rules:
- An offline short-term rental agreement must be signed following the booking confirmation. A security deposit of $500 will be held offline two (2) days prior to check-in. The deposit will be released within fourteen (14) days after check-out, provided no damage to the property is identified.

- Please be aware that trailers are not permitted within the resort. Parking next to the cabin is on a first-come, first-served basis and not suitable for large vehicles. Additionally, an overflow parking area is available for your convenience.

- Lower-level deck and front porch are shared by an adjoining cabin (the other 2 decks are private).

- Please note that due to the shared wall between neighboring cabins, there is a possibility of hearing conversations from adjacent cabins

- Resort's outside pool is seasonal ( June to August) and the inside heated pool is year-round (Open from 10 am to 10 pm Daily)

- There is a Ring floodlight camera at the front of the cabin. We use this to ensure our cleaning and home care partners deliver the best service, which ultimately reflects in our guest experience. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

- You will likely see and hear critters, bugs, spiders, and also bears (Bears are dangerous!). Please do not go near or feed any wildlife. Do not leave any food or drinks in the car. Wildlife may try to break in. Keep vehicles locked at all times.

- No Pets or animals of any kind in the cabin; there will be extra charges if pets are detected

- Absolutely NO smoking!!!! in the cabin. There will be extra charges if found smoking

- Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies, including toilet paper ( 2 rolls per bathroom), paper towels (1 roll), dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and shampoo & bar soap (travel size 1 per bathroom) Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items (from the local stores or Instacart to the cabin) when the initial supply runs out.

- No refunds for storms, snow and/or power outages. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. We recommend you come prepared with bottled water and non-perishable items
