It was very clean! I loved it. the bed was super comfy its in a perfect location. My only problem was I couldn't figure out how to get the keurig to work but im pretty positive that was my fault cause I have never used one like that. Other than that it was wonderful!

The condo was cute and clean. We had a great view. We watched the Dollywood fireworks every night we were there. The pools were extremely nice, we spent a lot of time enjoying those. The downfall was the bathroom, it had a funky smell to it. I highly suggest updating the shower. The tub is a jetted tub. It was very hard for me and my 6 year old to get in and out. If not an update maybe some handles to hold onto when getting in and out. We will definitely be booking with whispering pines again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We a Four issue we we got there, called and had to leave a message. No one contacted us for two days. When we heard form them, they said they would get the maintenance person to check the issues. No one ever check or fixed any of the issue. We left another message but nothing. We have stayed at Whispering Pines before and it was great, this time not so great. Not sure we will stay there again.

To many issues for this unit.

When we arrived we notice coffee pots had not been cleaned properly. After receiving check in information it was stated the wifi is an “open network” meaning it was using the free wifi whispering pines offers. None of our devices would connect properly. I reached out to owners that night and never received a response til messaging them again the next day. They then tried to say there must have been an issues with our devices (they connected just fine to other internets once leaning the complex) and offered no compensation for their false advertising of “Free WiFi”. The bed slept terribly. Sheets were very cheap and had a strange smell. The chair in the living room looks as if it’s been chewed up by something. So definitely would not rent this unit again. We have stayed at many condos in this complex and love whispering pines but I would not recommend this unit. I took pictures of all the things and owners didn’t even care to see them.
