« This villa was perfect for our family vacation to Abruzzo, beautifully located in the countryside with lovely rolling views of olive groves, vineyards and mountains. Very well equipped with a fabulous layout with multiple living spaces, bathrooms and kitchens. Loved our local contact person and welcome package. Having a vehicle was key to our outings to the beach, hiking and visiting destinations in the area. »

« Belle endroit et agréable. À proximité de la mer et de la montagne. Région magnifique. Une vue superbe. Le petit resto à proximité est très accueillant. Seul bémol la propreté laisse à désirer, à notre arrivée, ustensiles de cuisines sales ainsi que de nombreux insectes morts sous les lits. Les matelas ne sont hélas pas confortables. Tous les adultes ont eu mal au dos. Dommage. »

« My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s villa nestled on a beautiful hill in the Castilenti area. It was so peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. We loved touring around the Teramo area. There’s so much to do and see between the Gran Sasso mountains and the bellissima mare. Andrea was a great host. We loved our stay there. »

« My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. « Purtroppo, nonostante le aspettative, siamo rimasti molto delusi. Laciando stare i 6km di sterrato di cui eravamo a conoscenza, abbiamo trovato la casa molto trascurata e sporca. C'erano ragnatele ovunque, il piano cottura molto sporco e le stoviglie sono conservata dentro mobili senza lo schienale, e nella caffettiera c'era addirittura la ruggine, infatti non l'abbiamo usata. L'annuncio parla di una villa ma credo che sarebbe più giusto chiamarla casa, perchè se uno dice villa si hanno delle...

« Un séjour fabuleux dans un splendide paysage, entre la mer et la montagne. La maison est magnifique et restaurée avec beaucoup de soin et de respect.
