I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. The shower with the covering on only one panel means a very wet bathroom floor, even with a floor towel. »

« Tolles Appartement, super Lage. Mall, Supermarkt, Carolina Park und Metrostation zur Fuß erreichbar. Gemütlicher Bett, super Austattung und schön eingerichtet. Sehr sauber !! Wir hatten Wellness & Pool für einen Abend reserviert, hat alles super geklappt. Leider Pool dürfen wir nicht benutzen weil dort eine Badekappe Pflicht ist. War für uns aber ok, Wellness war ausreichend. »

Continued to harass us over the phone, while we were actively flying to another country to complain about us not following expectations never communicated to us 2.a big draw for this stay is the hot tub, however it was very misleading.
