« My teen daughter and I stayed here for a week in July of 2017. The staff was very understanding and helpful with our limited knowledge of Spanish. Once they found out that my daughter was going into her third year of Spanish, they slowed down and simplified the language. But, if she didn't know a word in Spanish then they would say the word in English and again in Spanish so she could learn. By day 3, she could carry on a conversation with them! "Bel hÎtel, dommage que Daniela m'ait fait perdre mon temps à l'arrivée à la réception suite à une demande que j'avais pour laquelle je devais appeler hotels.com par rapport à l'annulation d'une seconde nuit réservée. Elle m'a assuré que si j'appelais Hotels.com et qu'ils contactaient l'hÎtel eux accepteraient le remboursement. Il était 23h j'ai perdu 45min à contacter hotels.com pour qu'ils contactent finalement l'hÎtel et donc Daniela qui a refusé..."
