This Property is lovely and pool and beach access are amazing and would recommend for the price. What I will say is that theirs is no above and beyond or any kind of wow factor. Food was just fine, service was just fine, no one seemed to really want to help out or go out of their way for anything. No laundry service and no iron in room. rooms where made daily but water was not replaced and coffee k-cups where never replenished from day one. Like i said we enjoyed our time and having access to a private beach and pool where great but in reality just a fancy looking hotel and not a resort.

Great staff, great hotel, great breakfast, great venue, quiet and safe. This is ideal for adult. They have a thermal swimming pool and sulfur water from the volcanoes and I highly recommend it. Great Price and quality.
