« Only down side is that i didnt stay longer! A very cute little cottage with everything you need. Good heating, a very warm and comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and a lovely little deck outside your room and access to a private outdoor bath. This is very close to Roxburgh and Ettrick traven is just up the road. I would love to come back and stay here again. There is no staff on site and i had to go to the cafe next door to ask about how to access my room. The ladies in the cafe said...

« Awesome property and great communication with owner. Beautiful inside and great beds and also woodburning fireplace. Not much in the small town so bring food since no stores around. We had someone else come and say they booked the place for the same night- not sure if overbooked but lucky we got there first. »

« We had a nice stay. Its tiny, but yeah tiny house they call, so no complains about that. It was clean with a great view over the hills. It's just outside the little village »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our tiny home experience. All staff on site & at the Cafe were extremely Friendly, nothing was an issue. Lovely garden setting, peaceful. Easy check in/out process. Great communication from the hosts. We had the added bonus of complimentary Breakfast at Cafe, such yummy food. Well done to the Entire team there. »
