Villa Ippolita is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa located right on the Como Lake. It sleeps 13 people. From Villa Ippolita you will enjoy an enchanting view of the lake and of the mountains. Villa Ippolita is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the lake, panoramic private terraces with a view of the lake, a private patio with a view of the lake, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from the borough of Calozzo. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for the ASF bus C10 Como - Menaggio - Colico line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the beach at 20 meters (approximately 65 feet). You will reach Villa Ippolita from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Ippolita we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.1 meters (3.6 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the lake and of the mountains. The pool is open all year round.
Patio
The patio is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the lake and of the mountains.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include two sofas, three armchairs and a desk. There is an elegant fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through four French doors. The room also has a window with a view of the lake.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool with a view of the lake and of the mountains through a French door. The room also has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. The kitchen has no door. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, two electric ovens, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table is in the kitchen island, and can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the swimming pool. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 1 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include an armchair, and you will also find two exercise bikes and a hyperextension roman chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through a French door. The room also has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from a corridor. It has a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). The room has a window.
