One man at the front desk had some attitude with people checking in and with us checking out, but otherwise the staff were excellent, with admirable attention to guest experience. And the pool is great for the kids - they had a wonderful time. We can’t wait to go back. »

« Personnel très gentil et souriant La vue est exceptionnelle mais il est difficile de profiter du calme car la climatisation est très bruyante sur le balcon. Nous avons été réveillé dès le lever du soleil à 17h30 car il n'y a ni volet ni rideau occultant au niveau de la fenêtre du toit. Il faut privilégier une chambre au rez de chaussée. La chambre est confortable mais la moquette mériterait d'être rénovée. »

« The property is right at lake shore in a very quiet area. It's a 10 min drive to Lake Geneva where you'll find a bunch of restaurants. There is is also food options right next door but the reviews aren't the best. The concept of the cottage is good, the hot tub is a nice touch but it is very loud, not sure my downstairs neighbours really enjoyed it as I did. There is no front desk but a phone call will get you any questions answered. Actually one of their staff came to the place to sort things...
