The Estate at Gold Dust

Gorgeous 7 bed, 4.5 bath that sleeps 16 in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the Scottsdale area, close to restaurants, nightlife, hiking, golf courses & spas, perfect for families, couples or guys/girls trips. Celebrity Greens putting green, heated pool, misted patio & fire pit. Upgraded kitchen, gym & game room w wet bar, billiards, pinball, Golden Tee & ping pong. A 2 bed, 2 bath remodeled casita is ideal for privacy & multi-family groups. WEDDINGS & SIMILAR EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.



This classic Southwestern style ranch has it all: unique style, modern furnishings, swimming, golf, games, chef-grade kitchen and enough room for multiple families. All the renovations will be finished by January 2021, and well worth the wait. Take in mountain views in front, and enjoy the private pool and cabana, fire pit and brand-new putting green in back. Relax outside under the misted patio canopy, play ping-pong and billiards, or read a book next to our fresh citrus trees. Get fit in our custom gym. Sleep in our re-imagined bedrooms, complete with top of the line Tuft and Needle mattresses and sheets. This home is in the heart of the Paradise Valley area, just a few minutes from the best dining, golf and nightlife that Scottsdale has to offer. Book while it`s available!



Property Rules and Other Information: Please be considerate of neighbors; outdoor quiet time required between the hours of 10 pm to 6 am. Guests are responsible for any fines, tickets, and/or violations issued. No parties, events, or gatherings. Property only available for use by registered guests; fines including cancellation without refund may apply.



Noise, occupancy, or other unlawful violations will result in immediate removal from property. No smoking (or pet stains) indoors ; a $2,500 cleaning, deodorizing, and sanitizing fee will be charged if the rule is broken. Guests shall be responsible for all damage, breakage, and/or loss to the property.

This home is in the heart of the Paradise Valley area, just a few minutes from the best dining, coffee, golf and nightlife that Scottsdale has to offer.



Our 3-car garage and circle driveway will give you ample space to come and go as you please.



The pool and weight room are use at your risk. Owners will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the guest`s stay. 10pm noise ordinance is in place.

Great place for large group

House was fantastic, the sheer size of this property is the main attraction. The guest house alone is the size of most rentals. Outdoor area was beautiful, pool was clean, and the putting green is a lot of fun. TV system is pretty finicky, never really got it to work right even after following directions provided.Overall this was the best property I've stayed at through VRBO, highly recommend.

Family Thanksgiving in Phoenix

This home was perfect for our family of 20 to gather for Thanksgiving. Half stayed in the house while the other half were in a hotel. The pool, ping pong table, putting green, pool table and great TV's were a hit. The fire pit offered time for the adults to unwind once the kids had gone to bed. The dining room table served not only for eating but for great card and game playing. Before we even ended the time, all of us were talking about next year! The house was well equipped to eat, play, and sleep. Thank you, Tim, for being a great host.

The home and property are stunning and perfectly built to host. My friends and I could not stop raving about it. Also, Tim is timely and super gracious. Incredible, one of a kind property!

Recently stayed here with a group of 14 friends for the weekend and we loved it. Very clean main house and casita with great beds, bathrooms, and kitchens. Wifi worked perfectly and the sound system was awesome. More than comfortable for 15 people. The pool was fantastic and it had a huge outdoor area. Tim was really communicative throughout the whole check-in/check out process. The house was not a long drive from Old Town and other locations in Scottsdale. 10/10 would recommend and stay there again!

FIVE STAR STAY

We had the most enjoyable stay at this home! It was clean, spacious, well appointed in a great location with a beautiful outdoor setup. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The casita came in handy with our large group and everyone felt very comfortable. In the evenings, we enjoyed the fire pit and putting green. The pool was definitely a highlight! The most incredible stay!

We just stayed at this property for a 15 girl bachelorette party. The overall experience was OUTSTANDING! Tim was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout the trip and even prior to booking he responded to all of my questions. The kitchens and bathrooms were stocked with everything you could need. The entire house was so clean and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable as well! The backyard felt like a mini resort. Thank you for an incredible stay, I would 100% recommend booking a trip here!

Impeccably maintained, beautiful house with lots to do - pool, putting green, game room, indoor jetted tub in one of the room. All the rooms and beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent host who was extremely responsive.

Spectacular stay

Wow!! We were hoping for a great stay and this was spectacular. The location was great, the home was so well prepared and appointed. Great furniture, great beds, so many little things (laundry soap, paper goods, dishes - even a vitamix) The putting great was great, the pool temp was perfect, and the casita allowed a couple to be alone for the time there. We loved this experience completey!!

We had a great time. Plenty of space for a group. The entertainment (putting green, pinball, billiards, fore pit and pool) make it for a great retreat home. Place is very well stocked and property manager, Tim, was very attentive. Will come back!!

Relaxed Bach weekend

We had a lovely experience at this property. We rented it for a relaxed bachelorette weekend. We ended up having ~9 people attend, and the house was perfect for our needs. We could have fit even more! Tim, the host, is incredibly responsive - answers questions or responds to inquiries within minutes. We had an absolute blast - the main bedroom bathroom / spa is incredible, the house had everything we needed, the lounge chairs were comfortable, and the fire pit was a joy. Would stay again.

Couldn’t be more Pleased!!

Our family had the best time at this property!! It accommodated our party of 10 adults where it felt like everyone had all the space they needed and more. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchens were so great for gathering. We loved having the extra hang out space in the game room. We had so much fun hanging out in the pool, where there were numerous floaties available, resort style lounge chairs, putt putt all day and fires at night! The master bedroom was amazing! We literally did NOT want to leave!! Tim was so easy to talk to and get ahold of. Ten stars!! We cannot wait to come back!!

Love this place.

This property was amazing and perfect for a big group. Plenty of room for 10 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler. The pool was a big hit. The beds were comfy. Wish are stay could have been longer. We will definitely be back.
