• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property. A $1,000 fee will apply if any evidence is found.

• No pets or parties are allowed.

• Basic toiletries are provided, including face towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and fabric softener.

• Guests are responsible for taking out their own trash to the on-site dumpsters.

• Please do not contact the leasing office, as they are not affiliated with short-term rentals. All communication should be directed to the host.

• Shared amenities like the pool, gym, and laundry are managed by the building — not the host — and access/hours may vary.

• A key and amenity card are provided and must be returned at checkout. A $51 fee will be charged if lost.
