The entirety of the property besides a couple closets and cabinets that are marked and locked. The garage is available to use, just let me know if you want like to use it and I will get you details. It currently serves as extra storage for some maintenance items but there is still plenty of room to park your vehicle if you desire.

Only 10 minutes from Sky Harbor airport, this home's centralized location offers quick and convenient access to all the events the Valley has to offer including; Barret-Jackson Auction, MLB Spring Training, Waste Management Golf Tournament, Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show, and all major sporting and concert events throughout the year!

Inside you'll find all the space you need to host a large group for any occasion. This property has 5 bedrooms, equipped with a range of different beds from twin beds for the single sleepers, up to an Alaskan King sized bed! Every room is equipped with adjustable lighting, fans, and easily adjustable blinds to get as much natural lighting as you want and keep your stay comfortable.

For those that like to have a complete home away from home, this property has an open and fully stocked kitchen for all your culinary needs during your stay! Its location and bar style counters allow everyone in the kitchen to continue socializing with everyone in the dining room, living room, and game/sunroom.

Speaking of the sunroom, this house also boasts a sun room that is equipped with an array of party games including cup pong and darts! In addition to that, there is also a basketball for the hoop in the front driveway. This room is also equipped with a pullout couch for additional sleeping space.

Out back, our guests are able to enjoy the large backyard and patio with outdoor seating to take advantage of the great weather we enjoy in Arizona in the fall, winter, and spring. The outdoor enjoyment doesn't stop there however, as the pool offers a cool relief in the hot months and stays comfortable in the cooler seasons!
--Please note: everyone's definition of comfortable may be different. Due to the size and depth of this pool and the type of heating system it is on, the actual temperature may fluctuate depending on the weather and other conditions and it will NOT feel like a hot tub--
