This mansion is located a beautiful gated golf course community. It has all the beauty and privacy of a luxury community, but it is also located adjacent to wonderful Historic Downtown Chandler. It`s just short stroll (or short drive) to the East gate of the community and arrive at the entrance to downtown with restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. There are farmer`s markets on Saturdays!

Three parking spaces are provided in the garage. Driveway and street parking is not allowed in this community. If your group will have more than three vehicles, let us know in advance and we can assist with arrangements for your additional vehicles.
Please be courteous of neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
No street parking. 3 spaces are provided in deep garage. Driveway parking is not allowed. Guests will be charged the amount of HOA fines if violated.

Parties are NOT allowed. Guests will be charged a $750 fee for parties as well as charged for any resulting damages.

Ruined linens will result in a $50 charge per ruined item.

Additional guests, outside of those listed in your reservation, are not permitted without prior written approval through the Airbnb app. Violation of this policy will result in a $750 fine and guests may be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Violations of the smoking policy will result in a $500 fee as well as charged for any resulting damages.

The pool is set to 80 degrees year round and the hot tub is able to be turned up to 102 degrees. The pool can be heated up to 85 degrees for $25 per degree per day. Property managers can turn up the heat remotely if requested; please message them through the app. In the event a guest breaks the pool control locks to turn up the heat, they will be charged $75 dollars per additional degrees of heat per day.

Check-out time is 11 am unless prior arrangements have been made. Late Check-outs not approved will be charged 1/2 day rent, not to be less than $500, if checked out by 1 pm. A full day`s rent, not to be less than $1,000, will be charged if not checked out prior to 1 pm. Cleaners need time to prepare the home for the next arriving guests.
