Fully remodeled, updated and spotless! You will love the resort life, staying and playing in Carriage Manor. www.CarriageManorRV.com Beautiful fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, expanded walk in shower, huge added living room with wall to wall windows. The tasteful bedroom offers comfortable queen bed and a TV with Dish network, double closets and built in drawers for plenty of storage. Spacious living room has sofa and two electric recliners to enjoy the large smart TV with Dish network. 1 dog under 30 lbs permitted. If bringing a dog please let me know so I can advise you of Carriage Manor's specific rules about dogs.

We had an everything we needed to make a comfortable stay for a month. Everything was in the kitchen that you needed to make meals. The bbq was great to have. The pool and hot tub were so nice. We’re coming home relaxed and with a nice tan.

Wonderful plus

Our extremely clean well stocked park model with a very large Arizona living room was wonderful. I didn’t realize that dogs weren’t allowed to walk on the streets, so the dog stroller that was provided was awesome! There’s an amazing amount of activities to be involved in, great pool and wonderful community. Great location.

Amazing stay

Kristine, was amazing, a couple of issues addressed same day or the next. Was resolved above our expectation. We had a great stay, Carriage Manor is an amazing community, with so much to do. If anyone finds themselves bored, they were not looking very well.

Everything we needed

The 55+ community was wonderful and welcoming. The unit had most things we needed, and we got the extra items we requested. We like to eat outside and noticed from the photos that the outside table was short so we brought TV trays from home. Maybe we could have requested a taller table too? The bedroom was tiny. All park models seem to be this size. The Arizona room was spacious with plenty of storage. We had a brief problem at check in (keyless entry didn't work properly) but we got a call back from the hostess within 20-30 minutes and she got us in. All in all, it is a great place to stay.

Great retirement gift.

Clean and spacious in a recently remodeled park model. The Arizona room gave us space to spread out and work on projects. We loved all the amenities of Carriage Manor and the friendly and helpful residents and staff.

Great getaway!

Great area and great host! We loved the location and the Carriage Manor amenities. Kristine (our host) was easy to contact, very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. We would like to return next year but, these places are hard to come by.

Absolutely wonderful location. Carriage Manor is filled with winter activities. Great place to meet people from all around the country. Highly recommend the unit and the park. We would definitely book again. The host is very friendly and has made our annual trip a home sweet home.

Great location, everything is within a few min drive

My favorite part of Kristine's place is the Arizona room. There was enough room that I was able to practice yoga 🧘‍♀️. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. Her home has little touches all around to make sure your stay is comfortable. We stayed a month and it was a great place to spend our time in Arizona.

Great place to stay!

My wife and I rented the property for 3 weeks in Aug 2022. This is the same property that we stayed at last year at about the same time of year and length of time. The AC worked great to make the place comfortable in the heat. We had a great time staying there. There is easy freeway access not very far to get around.

Stay at Carriage Manor

We had a great stay at Kristine’s place! We were there for 3 weeks and the accommodations couldn’t have been better. We ran into a problem when we got there (through no fault of Kristine), but she was there immediately to come up with a solution and bent over backwards to do anything she could to make our stay more comfortable. I can’t say enough about her! Believe me, she will treat you like family and you will feel like you are at home in her place! Can’t wait to go back again, but this time in cooler weather! The best!!

I thoroughly enjoyed being at this “home away from home”. It was clean and modern, comfortable and well-stocked - I had everything I needed (and more). Kristine was super attentive to my questions. The resort had some of those friendliest people around, activities were abundant and the heated pool was the best. I’d recommend this place highly.

This was an Active Retirement Community. Everyone was very friendly. The house we rented was clean and had everything we needed. The owner loaned us a stroller for our little dog and he lived going to the park. Great place

Perfect Holiday

Everything about Kristine’s home added to the enjoyment of our time in the Phoenix area. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, the home was clean and comfortable, Carriage Manor had a lot to offer and warm evenings sitting on the porch was just what we needed. Perfect rental for two

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It is in a great location for us as we have friends very close and often are with them. The park model was perfect very clean and had everything we needed would definitely stay here again. Communication with Kristine was great she answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a place to stay and rent. Looking for a place in April to stay possibly for 2 couples would love to stay in this area again.
