--> In town for a race or triathlon? We're less than 5 minute from Tempe Town Lake, where numerous races and events (including the Ironman) are hosted.
--> Here on business? We're 6 minutes from the airport and even closer to some of Tempe's largest business parks.

Public buses and car share ride apps are available for convenient transportation.
- Smoking of any kind, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $300 fee will be charged, in addition to the full cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to a smoke-free condition.
- No parties or large gatherings are allowed. The maximum occupancy is 6 people at any time, unless prior permission is granted.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and community by avoiding loud speakers at all times.
- Keep trash in the bins. If they are full, dumpsters are located in the parking area.
- Pets are not allowed inside the home, and we are unable to make exceptions. If any evidence of pets is found without prior permission, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged.
- Report any damage, no matter how minor. While accidents happen, reimbursement may be requested based on the extent of the damage.
- Please respect the check-out time. Failure to do so may result in fees as it disrupts arrangements for the next guest.
- Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) after the initial supply is used. No detergent is provided.
GATEWISE APP:
You have already been sent a text message with a link to log in using the number registered with your account. If you arrive between 9 AM and 5 PM, you can go to the office, and they will help you log in to the Gatewise App and guide you on how to use it. If you arrive after office hours, we will assist you with access to the Gatewise App.
**ID Requirement:** We kindly request the IDs of all individuals booking the accommodation.
**Pet Policy:** If you are bringing a pet, there is a $125 fee per pet. For a second pet, an additional $125 charge applies. We require a photo of your pet and their vet records. Only dogs are allowed for long-term stays, while cats are permitted for stays under 3 months.

Extra linens are provided only if requested in advance. There are no extra linens for the couch unless you book for more than 6 guests.
