- BEDS - there is a queen bed in the room, and sofa bed in the living room.

- Unit # 5 is upstairs. You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 17 steps to reach the second floor.

- PARKING: Street parking only.
Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.

- For the pull-out queen bed: Get the mattress cover from the closet and place it on the sofa bed. The rest of the linens are in the closet. Guest can use them.

- PETS: We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds.
