Amazing house, it was the perfect accommodation for our large family. With so much to do from the games to the Amazing care we recieved. It was more than we could have imagined. We are anxious and excited to spend our vacation there again!

It was a nice place for my family to enjoy some time together and all be there for my graduation at GCU. We will definitely be booking anither stay here in the summer for a week vacation. Christopher always kept in touch and was a great host.

The house and property was great. The best kept kitchen with everything we needed. Pool and den/game room was perfect. We all enjoyed our stay and would use the house again.

What a wonderful home! Filled to the brim with everything you could ever need for a lovely getaway. Chris was an excellent host making us feel very welcome from the get go.Here are the things I loved about this location:1. The pool was amazing. We normally have to skim the pool clean at other places, but never had to here. 2. A/C - Was worried since we’ve had other stays where the A/C didn’t work very well and felt uncomfortable throughout the entire stay. Not here! It was delightfully cool the entire time. Even while it was 110 outside. 3. Probably my favorite part of our stay was going through their collection of VHS tapes and board games. Our only issues (which weren’t that big a deal) were that there wasn’t a tv in the main upstairs room and we were also a bit disappointed that the arcade machine game was not working. We were looking forward to that when we booked our stay. All in all, would love to stay here again in the future!

Definitely a wow property!

The house & grounds were fabulous for our extended family's stay. Plenty of room & activities for our group, ages 9- 74. The host was one of the best hosts we've had on any rental platform, and the house was stocked with everything we could think of. We would definitely stay here again & recommend it to friends & family.

We absolutely loved how spacious the home was — it was perfect for our whole family. We celebrated my son’s 30th birthday here, and it truly was the perfect place for such a special family gathering. What really stood out was how it felt like stepping into my childhood again, with all the board games and arcade games available. My kids gathered in the living room and spent hours playing together, just like old times. As an empty nester, getting to watch my now-grown kids laughing and playing together was incredibly special and something I’ll always cherish. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, which made everything seamless and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about his guests. The history of the home was amazing, and it’s located in such a wonderful neighborhood. This home gave us more than just a place to stay — it gave us beautiful family memories.

Great big house loaded with fun for all!

This was a trip with extended family from Grandpa down to a 1-year-old. We love each other very much but we also loved separate spaces. We played outside, inside & arcade games and had huge family meals at the table and calm amidst a crazy wedding weekend. Very well stocked too.

Wonderful Gathering Place!

For our family holiday, (Thanksmas), this was a great venue. We cooked many meals, played many games, had much fun, and made memories. The house is good for a large group to each have their own spaces. The kitchen is very well appointed. If you can't find a game to play, you aren't looking correctly.Homeowner Chris was as responsive, kind, generous, and helpful as anyone could hope for (though we didn't get a ride in the beautiful Buick 56).

Spring Training

We chose this property based on how many it can sleep (had a large head count) and its proximity to spring training complexes. We were all pretty impressed with how stocked the place was. Plenty of stores and restaurants around. Not one complaint from anybody in the group. There was never a need to contact the owner. Thank you Chris for sharing your home with us.

Magical

My daughter and son-in-law were married on Saturday at this lovely home. Our stay was so beautiful. The house was beyond accommodating. So many small and thoughtful additions were added by are lovely hosts. One of our hosts Chris was in constant communication and even met us at the house to answer any questions.As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say “I’ll be back”. Thank you

The home was very clean. There were snacks that were stocked and drinks that were stocked as well. Coffee was supplied as well as spices and condiments. The decor in the master was a bit strange but was fine. The stove didn’t get as high as it should. Tried frying and the oil couldn’t get hot enough to cook what we were making. I adjusted and made it in the oven, which also took a long time to do. It may be in need of a new stove. But basic things like making eggs for breakfast worked. The home came with coolers and extra table and chairs for big events. There were also 3 refrigerators which comes in very handy when hosting a party. We were not warned when the owner came to the home to do something in the garage which took me by surprise. Someone also came to clean the pool which also took me by surprise as I had children ( young girls) in the home and there are no curtains or blinds. My girls freaked out for a moment but we made sure the doors were locked. A heads up about someone coming to clean the pool, would’ve been great. There were a lot of mosquitos outside by the pool, bringing some repellent will help with that. My girls got bit a lot. Other than that my family enjoyed their time in the home and it was a great location for what we were doing. I absolutely would stay there again!!! The host was also amazing at getting back to me immediately when I had questions.

Amazing stay

⸻We had the most amazing stay at Chris’s place! From the moment we booked, his communication was incredibly fast and helpful, making everything smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—it truly felt like a home away from home.What made our experience even more special was the thoughtful gesture Chris made for my daughter’s birthday. He left a sweet gift for her and her friends, which absolutely made their day and created such a beautiful memory for us. It’s rare to find a host who goes above and beyond like this.Chris, thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so memorable. Your hospitality was next level, and we’re so grateful. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

I was overwhelmed and tired of looking for a place to host my 45th birthday party with my friends and family, and them Christopher home pop up. I immediately send him a message of why I wanted to reserve his home and he was so kind in his response. Christopher providing me the information I needed to accommodate my birthday. He gives me extra supplies, left my family and I an extra snacks and drinks.Every time I was in doubt or had questions, he was on it.We had one little issues with the music because of the neighbors complaining, but it was result immediately. I would recommend his home to anyone who needs a place to have a family reunion gatherings or anything. I felt at home and I was happy that my birthday celebration went well. Amazing Memories Made Here

When we booked our stay, we had planned to use the site as a place for family and friends to stay for our son's wedding. As the wedding drew closer, plans changed, and Chris and his mom, Diane, were extremely kind and flexible. We ended up hosting the rehearsal dinner outdoors, and then a post-wedding brunch indoors due to the heat (May 2).This property had nearly everything we needed, except the tables and chairs for the rehearsal dinner (Party Rentals AZ helped with that). Every one of our guests that attended either one or both events commented on how much they enjoyed themselves. Even with all of the pressure of hosting, I waa able to relax and wnjoy myself, too. This property, and the owners, were such a blessing from God. The property is clean and well maintained, and the owners answered every message promptly and were so pleasant to work with! If I ever have a large group in Phoenix again, I will 100% book here.

A WONDERFUL stay!

We stayed at this house for Thanksgiving with our family of five and our pup. It was the perfect spot to spend a week with kiddos, a dog and family members able to pop in and pop out without feeling cramped. The house is wonderful, well spaced and filled with everything we needed (including lots of games and fun things for the kiddos to do) and the yard was huge with an amazing outdoor fire pit to enjoy the crisp Phoenix evenings!! Despite the cooler weather, my kids even jumped in the pool a time or two - more of a cold plunge than an pool party but they loved it. Chris was fantastic and communicated with us the whole time despite working that week - he was kind and informative. It was perfect for everyone and we ended up hosting Thanksgiving dinner there instead of at my Dads down the road because it was such an inviting and welcoming place. If you want a home that feels like home, book this spot. We will absolutely be back.

Can’t wait to come back!!

The home was more than we could have hoped for and then some. My family and I came to town for some spring training baseball and were looking for a home with specific needs, and this was perfect. The host was so accommodating to any question I had (and it was quite a few) from pre to post trip. The location was great, and it was close to many places we were visiting including the zoo and some hiking trails. The home was very clean!! The pictures online were accurate but it didn’t show all the other details they make sure to provide. Every room was equipped with more than ample linens, toiletries and supplies if you forgot something. Plus closets with more on top of that!! We tried to find random things that wouldn’t be in normal rentals and it was ALWAYS found. The attention to detail is top notch! My family could not stop raving about how happy they were to be staying in such a beautiful place. When we come back we hope that this will be available again because we will definitely be staying!
