Before receiving check-in instructions, all guests are required to electronically sign our Rental Usage Agreement.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:

You will provide a valid government-issued ID and matching payment method before check-in.
You may be required to complete a background screening if required by the property or building.
Check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process has been successfully completed.

Failure to follow our house rules or repeated policy violations may result in the reservation being terminated without refund. If removal from the property becomes necessary, any associated costs will be the responsibility of the guest.

Pets are welcome in select units with prior approval.
Please let us know before booking if you`ll be bringing a pet. Failure to disclose a pet before arrival may result in cancellation of your reservation or a $500 unauthorized pet fee.

To help maintain a peaceful environment, the home is equipped with a privacy-safe noise monitoring device that measures noise levels only. It does not record conversations or audio.

For the safety of our guests and residents, security cameras are installed in common areas and hallways only. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

Tampering with or disconnecting the device may result in additional fees. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
