Damage Waiver / Security Deposit
You will be asked to choose either a $30 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.

Pets are welcome in designated units, subject to the following guidelines:
✔ Pet Notification: Inform us in advance and provide accurate details about your pet to avoid reservation cancellation.
✔ Cleaning Fees (Per Pet):
Additional fee for pet: $20/night
✔ Pet Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets (dogs/cats only). No weight limit, but the following breeds are not permitted:
Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid.
✔ Unnotified Pets: Bringing pets without prior approval will incur a $500 fee.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, the unit is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels only—it does not record conversations or audio. Security cameras are also installed in the building's common areas and hallways for safety purposes. Please note that tampering with or disabling the noise monitor will result in an additional fee.
