Summary: Welcome to our Casita in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona. The bedroom features a comfy king bed, ceiling fan, closet, & bedside lamps. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a 2-burner tabletop stove (no dishwasher & no oven), spacious living room with 75" Smart TV. Relax in the yard with a gas grill, firepit, hot tub, and shaded seating. The Washer and Dryer room is shared with the main house, but you will have exclusive access to the Casita and outdoor areas listed above.
The Space: Welcome to our stand alone Casita, designed for comfort and convenience. The bedroom features a comfy king bed, ceiling fan, closet, and bedside lamps, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchenette has all the cookware essentials provided, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. The Casita offers a 75" Smart TV with Youtube TV which includes the MLB baseball package available in 2025.
For those needing to work or study, there's high-speed Wi-Fi offering up to 400 Mbps download speed. The full bathroom is stocked with towels and soaps. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
Step outside to enjoy the yard, complete with a gas grill, firepit, hot tub, and a corn hole game with shaded umbrella seating. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Our home is ready to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Guest Access: Guests are granted complete access to the Casita and Backyard. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
Parking is provided with 1 covered space (room for 2 cars). IMPORTANT: Parking is designated parking. The right side of covered parking is reserved for you! Please DO NOT park on the LEFT side of the covered parking. Street parking also provided.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: 1. For HOT TUB USAGE, Quiet Hours are observed from Sunday through Thursday, 11 PM to 9 AM, and on weekends from 12 AM to 9 AM. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THE HOT TUB DURING THESE HOURS TO ENSURE A PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL GUESTS AND NEIGHBORS.
This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

Type of Cooling for the Home Mini Splits AC unit are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
