Please note that there is no on-site parking. However, there are paid public parking lots nearby, including behind the courthouse and at Bobby’s Marina, both just a short walk from the condo.

• House Rules: Please treat the condo as your own. Smoking and parties are not
permitted. This condo is ideal for couples or small families of up to four guests—large
groups are not accommodated to ensure a tranquil environment for all.
• Beach Access Disclaimer: Swimming in the ocean is free, and you can enjoy it anywhere
along the beach. However, all beach chairs belong to the restaurants and bars on the
boardwalk. If you wish to use them, a fee will apply, often including a chair, towel, and
drinks.
