☞ Kindly take note that this apartment is situated in a walk-up building on the second and fourth floors, and thus, it is essential to ensure your comfort when using the stairs before making a reservation. However, you'll be pleased to know that the stairs are not steep, making them easy to climb, and there are only four flights.

☞ This unique property features two fully independent units stacked within the same building. The top unit provides elevated views and privacy, while the lower unit offers easy access and convenience. Each unit maintains its own entrance, utilities, and living spaces, making it perfect for extended families, with separate zones for work, relaxation, or guests. ☞ Also, there are two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom does not have a bathroom and would need to go through one of the other bedrooms to access a bathroom.

Street parking is complimentary during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 10 PM to 6 AM
Saturday to Sunday: 10 PM to 8 AM

Please ensure you check the signs to confirm where you are allowed to park. You can use the MeterUp app to pay for parking during paid hours.

Important: From Monday to Friday, between 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM, you must move your car, or it will be towed.

Alternatively, there is a paid parking garage located in front of the building.
