Great place for the fam!

We stayed here while attending our sister’s graduation from Penn. The place was spacious, clean and very close to train station! This cozy apartment has a nice and well equipped kitchen, island with 3 soft high top chairs and dinning table to the side with six chairs! This was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The leaving room has two nice comfy couches, one turns into a nice soft bed and there’s plenty of room foe everyone to sit and relax! The second floor has 3 rooms, the beds were all super soft, memory foam with plenty of pillows. Each room had a full bath. The third floor takes you outside, there’s a table for six, umbrella and 3 other sofas with a nice outdoor carpet, nice set up on the roof. It was too windy thought. We ventured out around the neighborhood and had a great time at 2 of the local, the Fairmount Tavern was great! We ordered pizza and chicken dinners from the Love Park Pizza & Chicken, everyone loved the chicken and rice. We loved the place and had a great time with family. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and fam.

Philadelphia Trip

We attended a family members wedding the location was just a few blocks from the wedding event space. The neighborhood had its problems. My sister's car window was smashed and 2 of her suitcases were stolen. When I asked for an extended check out time because we were waiting for the auto glass company to come, I was notified that we could have an extra hour. The problem with that was they sent the message an hour and a half after the check-out time. The ad says free parking but that is misleading. The only free parking is after 10pm on the street and there is very little parking period.

Safety issue

Great place, needs more kitchen essentials for anyone who enjoys cooking. The lint filter in the dryer was stuffed with lint, evidently no one has been checking it, big safety hazard.
