Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, providing a private and comfortable stay. Convenient self-check-in allows you to arrive and settle in with ease.

Each reservation includes a $69 damage protection program, which covers accidental damages of up to $150 during your stay.



PARKING

⚠️ No on-site parking is available.

We do not offer parking at the property. However, paid parking options may be available nearby, including on surrounding streets within close proximity. Please plan accordingly.



GUEST VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO YOUR STAY

For legal compliance, building security, and property management requirements, guests may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, complete our verification portal, and/or undergo a criminal background check when required.



🪪 Valid Photo ID: All guests staying at the property are required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

Age & Building Requirement: The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property for the entire reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, an accompanying guest who is 21 or older must make the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and stay at the property for the full duration.



Privacy Notice: Information collected during the verification process is used solely for screening and verification purposes and is not stored or used for unrelated purposes.



RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

All guests may be required to sign a rental usage agreement governing the terms and conditions of their stay. By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:



You agree to comply with our rental terms and conditions.

You may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in.

You may be required to complete a background check if requested by the property management company or owner in accordance with the rental agreement and booking conditions.

Check-in instructions may be withheld until the required verification process has been successfully completed.



All guests are subject to applicable verification requirements and must provide the requested information within 24 hours of booking. For same-day reservations, the required information must be submitted within 1 hour of booking.



We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet the applicable verification requirements.



PET POLICY

🐾 Pets may be allowed depending on size. Please notify us in advance and be transparent about bringing a pet. Bringing an undisclosed pet may result in cancellation of the reservation.

The following additional cleaning fee applies per pet:



1–4 nights: $35 per night

5–29 nights: $250

30+ nights: $400

SECURITY & NOISE MONITORING



For property security, surveillance cameras are located in the building hallways.

A Minut noise-monitoring device is installed inside the unit to monitor noise levels and help ensure compliance with the property's quiet-hour and noise policies. The device monitors noise levels only and does not record conversations or audio.
