☆ GOVERNMENT ID REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN

《 NO SMOKING / NO BURNING 》 Smoking cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes or burning anything indoors, including but not limited to incense and candles, will result in a $1000.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and odors from the walls, sofa, carpets, and upholstery is an extremely time intensive and expensive process. Not to mention, smoking and burning poses a health and safety risk for guests, future guests, and other condo residents and is a clear violation of condo rules. Any chargebacks from the condo corporation for condo rule violations will be passed onto the guest.

《 SHOES》 Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.

《 PETS 》 No pets are permitted in the building. Evidence of pets will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.

《 NO PARTIES》 There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.

《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》 All guests must be registered for liability purposes. ➤A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory replenishing are scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**

《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.

《 GARBAGE 》 Dispose of garbage in appropriate receptacles in the unit. Garbage is not to accumulate in the unit and can be disposed of in the dumpster behind the building. Garbage is not to be disposed of anywhere else in the building and community amenities. Disposing of Large Boxes and Large or Irregular Items can also go in the dumpster behind the building. Be sure to breakdown all boxes and seal all bags.

《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. ➤$80.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out at the specified checkout time, as our cleaners are on tight schedules.

《 CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES 》 ➤Please leave any used and dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher. You may start the dishwasher if you desire prior to departure. ➤Please place all used towels and linens on the floor next to the bathroom. ➤Please throw garbage in appropriate waste receptacles in unit. ➤We appreciate guests who respect the home and encourage guests to leave the home in good condition to keep our cleaning fees reasonable so we can continue to offer guests an amazing experience.

《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》 Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.

《 LIGHTS 》 Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.

《 COMMUNITY POLICIES & RULES 》 We appreciate guests who value maintaining the integrity of the building community and its rules and policies. By confirming this reservation, you comply to respect any written apartment rules and community policies, including instructions for care of our property. Any substantiated complaints from the building may result in fines and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund.

《 RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY 》✦ Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners. Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed.
