There is a queen size bed in the bedroom of the first floor of the apartment. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room on the first floor. The stairwell leads to a loft area (the second bedroom) where we have a king bed set up and there is an en-suite full bathroom incorporated into the loft area as well. Ideal for anyone on the go and is centrally located to everything. But also perfectly suitable for a spacious ~home away from home~. Comfortable, calm and convenient. Great place for a trip to Philly!!!

Really nice condo on the third floor of the bldg. Super clean, nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood. A 10 minute walk to Independence Hall and the historical attractions. Walking distance as well to good resaurants. Great location to grab Ubers.

We had a wonderful vacation and this property was perfect for our small group of 4, centrally located to all the areas we wanted to explore. The host provided everything we needed and they were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location/host

This place was perfect for our family of 4 for visiting Philly in terms of size and location. I initially had challenges communicating with the host, but after we finally connected, she was responsive and helpful. The house was stocked well, except for we ran out of toilet paper and there were no K-cups. I rated the stay average for cleanliness as there was a lot of hair on the steps and some of the walls and doors could've been cleaner.

Exceptional Property and Host

My family and a friend were in Philly for my daughter's UPenn graduation. The apartment was in a great location, was spacious and spotless! Graduation went late and Philly restaurants do not stay open late so it was nice to have a kitchen and eating area where we could bring in take out. The next day we were so close to our restaurant at Rittenhouse Square that we enjoyed a pleasant walk there and back. The host is amazing! We were trying to figure out how to juggle the ceremonies and check in and Yaya was so helpful! The area is safe and quiet with some street parking and plenty of lots. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I am sure everyone who stays here will too! Thank you Yaya!

5-star because this is an excellent place to stay overall. Excellent and safe location. Apartment was beautiful. Plenty of bedding and dishware. Room for improvement: Either stock more towels or tell guests to bring them. Needs cleaning supplies, like a broom and spray cleaner. I was on my hands and knees cleaning up a confetti balloon that popped. A vacuum is all I needed to save me 15 minutes on the floor. Extra sheets would have been nice. (They did have a few extra blankets) Warning of the tiny street would have been nice.

A hideaway for sure

We enjoyed our stay over all, there were a few hiccups which led to meeting to call Yaya but my call was returned promptly. The property was a little cold in the downstairs but the upstairs was quite warm. A very nice place overall not the most friendly if you have mobility issues.

owner wont leave me alone

My stayed was good while i was there but after i left the property owner started harassing and blowing up my phone. I had pay the property damage protection and my friend was sick and throw up, there were no cleaning supplies to clean it up, no broom nothing. the owner texted me afterwards letting me know and i told him what happened and that there were nothing for us to clean and that i already paid my protection plan. He keeps harassing me and saying he’s gon take me to court. I was told by vrbo they already paid my damages but the house owner stay blowing up my phone and won’t leave me alone. It’s been bad since then and he just ruined my week and won’t stop texting my phone.

Perfectly Located

The location was right on spot, everything was centrally located to all the sites we wanted to see. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment is gorgeous! We thought because we were so close to the hospital that we would hear the Care Flight, but we slept soundly. Yaya was quick to answer any question we had via email. This is our spot the next time we come to Philly and we will be coming back. Thank you Yaya!

Great stay away from home!

This place had great style and everything we needed (minus oven mits :) ) for our stay. I loved everything about it and the price was very reasonable. The owner gets an A+ on communicating back to you with a quick timely manner. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores!

Great neighborhood!

This was a great place to stay for our short visit to Philly. Easy check-in, comfortable beds and lovely space for relaxing. Our girls loved having the top floor to themselves. Walkable to many delicious restaurants. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had what was needed - including dropping off an umbrella during a summer storm. Would definitely recommend!
