Welcome to our newly built 2025 two-story townhome – a modern, spacious retreat offering comfort, convenience, and contemporary style.
Spanning 1,100 sq. ft., this thoughtfully designed home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It features two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the second with a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom with a tub. For added convenience, there’s a powder room (half bath) on the main floor near the living area.
The living room includes a pull-out sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or families. You’ll also find a washer and dryer, brand-new bathrooms, and a modern kitchen equipped with a four-seater dining table, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, knife set, and all the essentials you need to feel at home. A full-length mirror adds a practical and stylish touch.
Enjoy full access to the entire home, including a private, fenced backyard—ideal for relaxing or unwinding. Two reserved parking spaces are also included.
Located in a prime area, you’re just minutes away from top attractions like Topgolf, Main Event, Costco, Home Depot, and Lowe’s, plus a wide selection of dining and shopping options. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet time is from 10 pm till 7 am Please refrain from making noise during that time.
Child Safety:
Our home is/is not suitable for children under the age of 12 yrs.
Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are always fully responsible for their safety.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted in the house.
Safety and Energy Saving:
Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Smoking:
Cigarettes are not allowed on the property. fine of $500 for violating the rule.
Damages and Breakages:
Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them.
Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid damage or breakages.
The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout, alternatively, a $100 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
