Access the beach directly from the lounge's concertina doors, leading to a spacious decking area with outdoor dining and sun loungers. There are external cameras facing both the front and back doors, these cameras are positioned on the garage facing towards the front door, in the central courtyard facing towards the main house front door and also on the rear of the property facing towards the back patio doors.

While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.

Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.

For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.

Interaction with Guests:
The holiday home-owner will be available for the duration of your stay to answer any questions you may have. A phone number will be provided for you along with your check in instructions.

We are a group of 10 friends who stayed for a long weekend. We found the property clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend and hope to visit again

Lovely place for a seaside getaway
Having the beach as the back garden was perfect for our three boys who spent so much time throwing stones in the sea, kayaking and chasing waves. The house is very quiet and peaceful and the beds super comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 5 plus grandparents, and the space upstairs with games came in handy too. We went into Eastbourne a couple of times, visited the castle and had fish and chips from roses down the road which we recommend. And if you want an amazing curry, it's worth going to the Chilli Tree in Bexhill about 15 minutes away, best curry we've had in a while! Overall a really fun and peaceful place to spend a few days.

A week away
Great location on the sea front but isolated for public transport. Bus is 30 mins walk but has pubs and food also within that walk distance. Property has all you need although some areas need a replacement review. Good position for Eastbourne and Hastings and local seaside bays if you are a sight seeing person. Watch where you walk on the beach as some poor dog owners don’t clean up after th.

Fantastic beach house
Great view of the sea from the back of the villa. Nice, clean beach house. Fabulous views, peaceful. Kayak and life jackets a pleasant surprise however the wind didn’t allow us this time…. Wee we’re here for 3 nights however I would recommend at least a full week break. Plenty of car parking, 2 off street and 1 in garage. A+++++ well recommended. Thanks

Beautiful location, excellent property, catering for all ages
Property layout works really well, with panoramic views at both front & back. Having 5 bedrooms & bathrooms made the whole stay very luxurious. Kitchen & utility room were also very good for a stay by the beach. Checkin & out was made very simple. Kayak was an added bonus We all had a great time, capturing many happy memories for the future, with near by warm pool hire, farm for young kids, castle / town only a short drive away. We all recommended this property, was worth the money

Great beach house
We stayed for a weekend with family. The property was ideal for a multigenerational group. We liked the fact that there are lots of bathrooms and it has good cooking facilities. Right on the beach, it is light and airy. Excellent location.
