« it marked as 4.5 star hotel but actually not. the room service need to book ahead, if you don't call, then nobody come to clean your room. there's no self parking, only valet parking available and charges another $55, remember to bring extra car keys if you used to control your car with your phone, cause if you don't have the key, you have to park by yourself but they will still charge your valet parking fee. « I love going to Portland. I have been traveling for years and know most of the hotels round there. I like the location and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but that did not bother me as I was traveling solo. I only had one large towel in the room and the sweet housekeeping lady did not have a second towel for me. I could have gone to the front desk to get a towel. Still One should have at least two large towel when booking a rooms that is designed for two people. My...

« La chambre etais impeccable. Le personnel tres professionel. Tres belle hotel pour le prix. Le seul bémole etais qu'il n'y avait pas de café le matin .ni dans la chambre ,ni dans l'espace acceuil. Sinon j'aurrais mis un 5 etoiles »
