Conveniently located between Bay Harbor and Downtown Petoskey!
Our Harbor View Getaway has been completely remodeled and ready for your family to create lifelong memories in Northern Michigan. You'll enjoy the fabulous views of Little Traverse Bay, while savoring your morning coffee on the wrap around deck.
This beautiful 4 Bedroom/2 Bathroom home has been completely remodeled, with plenty of space to relax and unwind.
As you enter the home, you will walk through the mudroom/laundry room, which is perfect for storing your ski/snowboard gear. Passing through, you will enter the lower level of the home, where one of the two master bedrooms is located. On this floor, you will find a family room with a quaint walkout patio. Our master bedroom features a king bed with an electric fireplace; adjacent, is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Heading upstairs, you will enter an open concept family room with access to the wrap around deck and sunroom. The kitchen is a host's dream with plenty of counter space for entertaining. Barstool seating is available off of the kitchen, with additional seating in two separate dining areas, accommodating up to 10 guests in total. Lastly, you'll find the guest rooms and second master bedroom. The first guest bedroom features a full size bed, while the second room features a full size bed and a twin/full bunk bed - perfect for the little ones! The master bedroom features the second king bed and the shared full bathroom is complete with a double vanity and bathtub.
Please don't forget to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Little Traverse Bay, while roasting your marshmallows over the fire pit!

The house is even nicer than it looks on VRBO - our group was comfortable, everything was beautiful, and we enjoyed great views from the deck. I would very happily stay here again. Of particular note, the kitchen is very well equipped for those of you cooking on vacation!

Nice house in great location

The property was very peaceful with a great view of the lake from the top floor of the house and the deck. The house was clean and ready on time when we got there. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were a little cold/damp, but they provide an electric heater in the bedroom to counteract this. Kitchen was well stocked with tools, pans, etc. Location was very convenient to downtown Petoskey, as well as other towns like Charlevoix and Harbor Springs. Highly recommend a day in Mackinac Island and going to Thorne Swift Nature Preserve!

Beautiful view and home

Had a friend wine tour in Petoskey with 7 friends. Loved the updated home and very nicely decorated. Lots of room in each room. Many amenities and kitchen stocked with all kitchenware. Would definitely stay again.

Great space for family gathering

Our 3 adult sons and their spouses and grandchild stayed together. The lower level has bedroom and bath with great family room. Upstairs easily held us all for meals and the two bathrooms were enough. It's easy to get around town from. Lake views are beautiful.

Beautiful Petoskey Home

This home is awesome! It has the most well-equipped kitchen we have ever experienced at a rental. The expansive double decks overlooking the bay were a location lovely for our dinners and visiting. This spacious, beautifully decorated home more than exceeded our expectations. Would love to return.

Perfect spot

This location was perfect for us attending a wedding at the Inn at Bay Harbor. There was enough space for all of us, very clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful! All trees and Lake Michigan. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous view

Went very smoothly from start to finish. Could use more bath towels and kitchen towels especially if you don’t provide laundry detergent. The kitchen needs a regular sized coffee pot not a four cup. That being said, everything else was great! The deck and view were perfect. Very very clean. Spacious home and comfortable . furniture. Close to all kinds of shopping and activities .We had a great weekend !

Much needed peace and joy

The rental had beautiful sunrises. The deck was the place to be. Sunrise’s that were radiant. Get the coffee and toast, watching boats jet from one side of the bay to the other. This place was just the break I needed after the last 24 months. 60 hour work weeks. You can’t go wrong here. Right between Petoskey and Charlevioux. 2 Wineries with in 10 minutes. Surrounded by 7 within 30 minutes. Not jam packed like the TC crowd. Just stress free and easy living. Go down town for the food truck party in Petoskey. Great selection of food and great crowd. We cooked dinner here a couple of evening’s. They have every thing for a great meal in. Beds were so comfortable and plenty of space for all.

The house is beautiful decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting the deck with the view the bay. The grounds are very well kept. Close to Bay Harbour and to downtown. Our only complaint was that the deck area should have been cleaned up more to get rid of webs.

Great stay with views of the bay!

This was a great house for two families of four. The house was clean and had more than enough space for us. The kiddos enjoyed playing in the side yard, and the parents loved the bay views on the deck and fire pit. Easy to get to Petoskey, Bay Harbor and Charlevoix. Nice park across the street too. The house is beautifully decorated so those with children younger than 4 may need to kiddo proof a bit (a tip, not a complaint). We would definitely return to the property!

Overpriced, under stocked, and too many restrictions!

While the property was nicely updated and had a great layout, we were shocked upon arrival about how many restrictions there were. Garage appeared to be stocked with items to take to the beach (chairs, beach toys, beach mat) but a note stated that nothing could be taken to beach. Kids were excited that there was a trampoline but a note said it may not be used. Understand that this could be an insurance liability but it shouldn’t be on the property as a rental. There were NO cleaning supplies! Outside of hand and dish soap house was not stocked at all for a week stay. For the price we paid per night, we found this ridiculous. We’ve stayed at less expensive places that were way more accommodating. There were also lots of rules about what not to do with furniture, where to eat, etc. While view was very pretty, we found it way too stuffy and under accommodating. I would NOT recommend.
