Thank you for your interest in our property. This is an unmatched location. Walk to one of the most beautiful beaches: Petoskey State Park. Hop on the Little Traverse Wheel Way: Located on the Bike Path. In the fall, minutes away from the Tunnel of Trees, during the winter 5 minutes from Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob. Doesn't matter the season, this home is perfectly located for enjoyment of all seasons. This home has room to sleep 6, with brand new carpet and flooring for 2021 as well as new beds, and paint....Be one of the first to book your reservation.

I stayed here with a friend and our two 11 year old boys. This house is right next to the state park where we spent some time on the beach. The house was clean and had what we needed. There was ice left in the freezer, which we appreciated. Both bedrooms are upstairs and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. There isnā€™t much of a yard to play in if you have young kids.

My wife, two small children and I had a fantastic time staying here. We will definitely be looking to book here again. The location was perfect, close to groceries, brewery, and 9 minutes from the Highlands and Nubs. The property was clean and the hosts were great.

We brought my 84 year old father in law to Petoskey for the color tour and stayed here due to its location, the condo was perfect for our needs and allowed my father in law to have a room and shower to himself while we were there. The condo is well cared for and in excellent condition. A great place to stay

Super location in Petoskey, right outside of the state park. We enjoyed the beach, local shops and ice cream. Took a short drive to Mackinaw City and a trip to the island. Property was very, very clean and we had everything we needed. Host was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend staying here!

I was very pleased with my rental of this townhouse. The property was in a very accessible location. It was clean, and everything worked. The property manager was SUPER in communicating, as he answered all of my questions in advance of the rental date and was very cooperative when I needed to check in in the middle of the night.
