« Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends! »

« The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. « Stayed downtown while attending an event at the convention center and the surrounding area. Good: Apt was very nice- clean and well set up, bed was good, plenty of dishes and coffee provided ++ Bad: The stairs up are really steep, so take that into account if you book.
