« Arrived too late to get to the store for groceries. Mark & Paul made sure we had coffee supplies for the morning, and stocked the fridge with necessities. Greeted us upon arrival, had a lovely chat, made us feel right at home. Gracious and considerate hosts. Beautiful property, and exactly what we needed while attending an event in a nearby small town. Would definitely stay again! »

« little trouble with communication to check in (part my fault) the basement suite has recently been refinished with new appliances etc. 2 nice large bedrooms. The floor from above is kind of squeaky but the people upstairs where very quiet. Location was great easy walk to downtown theatres Jobsite brewery (great place) overall would stay again. would give it 4 out of 5 »

« Lovely home in neighborhood close to all shopping. This property has 4 complete bedrooms which includes one in the basement. There is a double futon as well in the dining room, but not a 5th bedroom. The home has been recently renovated and a game room is under construction. Kitchen is sparsely equipped if you are planning to cook family meals. The hot tub in the patio picture is not functional and it is not listed as an amenity but the picture is a little misleading. « We had an amazing time in Parkhill and the surrounding area. We were thrilled to be able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and LCBO. Our dog absolutely fell in love with the enclosed yard, choosing to spend much of his getaway quietly watching the neighborhood. It is clear the hosts put love into this property. The space was inviting and decorated beautifully. We would love to come stay again! »

« We stayed for two nights to enjoy shows at the Stratford Festival and the excellent restaurants in the area. Downtown Stratford and the Avon theatre were in easy walking distance. It was just a short drive to the other theaters. A place was very comfortable and quiet, an ideal headquarters for a couple on a trip to Stratford. »

« Our stay at Carly's VRBO was extremely pleasant. She has thought of everything possible to make guests comfortable; even stocking the fridge with basic necessities. While we did not eat any snacks, these were also readily available. Very clean, very comfortable; temperature just right. Highly recommend. »

Everything listed in the description was accounted for, the house was clean when we showed up, and there was more than enough room for parking. « Lovely cabin and grounds. All as described, well equipped and very roomy. Only negative was the noise from the nearby motorplex which spoilt the peaceful ambience at times. But otherwise very peaceful and secluded. So many bird varieties ( the tiniest humming bird I’ve ever seen). »
