For entertainment, the home theatre is your private cinema, featuring a 3D projector and an immersive 5-speaker sound system. Catch the latest shows or enjoy a movie night with Netflix.

The master bedroom is designed for a peaceful night’s rest, with luxurious queen-size bed, wall-mounted TV, and ample storage. The other bedroom is equipped with two king size beds for convenience.
All bathrooms are designed with accessibility in mind, featuring modern fixtures, complimentary toiletries, and handrails for guests with mobility needs.

Enjoy complete access to the entire house—no shared spaces here. While the garage is locked, we provide an electric cable on request for guests with electric vehicles needing a charge.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is from 3 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. If you require early or late times, please book an extra night or inquire about flexibility based on availability.
SAME-DAY BOOKINGS: Please note that last-minute bookings may require later check-ins to accommodate housekeeping.

STARTER SUPPLIES: In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us.

BOND POLICY:
For new Airbnb guests or those with less-than-perfect reviews, a bond may be required. Bonds are handled transparently through Airbnb and fully refunded upon departure, provided the home is left in good condition.
