Offering ample parking to the driveway, three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a wrap-around balcony, and spacious open-plan dining, kitchen & living, you will have plenty of space for the whole family. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE...
- Stand-alone home, located on a bend (near a roundabout) but the property is elevated high with ocean views.
- There is ample parking for six (6) vehicles in the open driveway. *Please note: the garage is not available for use.
- You will have your own private entrance with a lockbox onsite for easy key access.
- As soon as you open the front door, you will be welcomed by a beautiful jarrah staircase (roughly 16 steps to walk up/down and as indicated in the listing photos) leading you to the home's first floor where all the areas are located.
- As you reach the top landing you will be surprised by the space and homely vibes that radiate throughout.
- The open plan kitchen, dining & living is a space that just oozes warmth! The large windows overlook the surrounding bushland that surrounds the property and the incredible ocean views. The pitched ceiling with windows lets in beautiful natural light that fills the space.
- The original country-style kitchen is spacious and convenient. Offering plenty of space to cook or bake, dual sinks with dryer and mixer tap, electric cooktop, kettle, toaster, wall electric oven, dishwasher, DeLonghi coffee machine with bean grinder, microwave, pantry, and full-sized fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser. Enjoy the convenience of accessing the rear yard and wrap-around balcony through the glass door located off the kitchen.
- In between the kitchen and main lounge space you will find a four-seater dining set and seating nook with 2 x two-seater lounges.
- The lounge area is comfortable & spacious and offers incredible views of the amazing Indian Ocean. This space offers entertainment with smart TV, radio with speakers, a six-seater modular lounge, side tables, floor rug & plenty of games for you to sit back and enjoy! There are 2 x sliding doors in this space to take you out to the amazing balcony to enjoy those incredible views!
- The wrap-around balcony is spacious & tranquil. Enjoy the views of the bushland that surrounds the property, the coastal strip & the Indian Ocean. Want to enjoy dinner and drinks on the balcony? Enjoy the option of sitting back in the lounge set with a coffee table - a lovely spot to sit back and read a book or work outside. Dinner can be enjoyed at the outdoor table with 6 chairs. There are cafe blinds that can be pulled down where the lounge set it so you can enjoy this space all year round. There is also a bar with 3 x bar stools where you can enjoy a drink or two and watch the sunset!
- Also located upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study desk located in the hallway to access the bedrooms and the laundry.
- Located in the hallway which takes you to all the bedrooms, you will find a study desk with a chair and printer - this is an open space but is a great space to study or work from home.
- Also located in the space is a musical keyboard with a stool.
- The laundry is combined with the second bathroom. The space offers a combined bath/shower, toilet, wall-mounted mirror, sink for the bathroom side, and another sink for the laundry side. There are cupboards and drawers below both sinks. There is a wall-mounted electric dryer and a front-loader washing machine.
- Bedroom 3 offers a double bed, bedside table/lamps to either side. There is also a wall-mounted full-length mirror and a chest of drawers for your belongings. There is a ceiling fan for warm summer evenings.
- Bedroom 2 offers 2 x single beds, a bedside table & lamp located in between both beds, a chest of drawers, and a portable hanging rack for your belongings. There is also a ceiling fan for those warm summer evenings.
- The master bedroom, is comfortable, and spacious and has beautiful views of the ocean. There is a queen bed, bedside tables/lamps to either side, a walk-in robe & en-suite. The walk-in-robe offers space to hang and fold your clothes. The en-suite offers views of the ocean, a spacious shower, toilet, wall-mounted mirror, and sink/vanity.
- Enjoy the simple outdoor space (located opposite the staircase) if your little ones want to run, explore and have fun! This space is open and has a six-seater dining table with an outdoor umbrella and an outdoor clothesline.
