• This beautiful property is a stand-alone home located in a private and family-friendly neighborhood.

• It offers ample parking space for four vehicles, with two spots in the double lockup garage and two bays to the open driveway. The garage also features a shopper's door for easy access to the home.

• As you enter the property, you'll find a long hallway that stretches from the front to the rear of the home.

• The master bedroom is located ayo the front of the property and includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, a split system for temperature control, and a walk-in double wardrobe. The master bedroom also has a private ensuite with a wall-mounted mirror, sink, and vanity, a shower with a hob, and a separate toilet with a door.
