- Prime Location - just a short stroll to Burns Beach, with a stunning Indian Ocean coastline (just a short 600m down the road) and lush green gardens surrounding the home set the tone for a memorable stay.

- Spacious accommodation: comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 well-appointed bedrooms.

- Parking: generous parking options with two bays in the open driveway and two additional bays in a remote-controlled double lock-up garage, featuring shopper's entry for easy access. Located in the garage are a 2 x road bicycles & 2 x helmets you are welcome to use to explore the area and ride along the coast.

- Convenient access: a lockbox onsite ensures a hassle-free check-in experience.

- Enter through double doors into a breathtaking foyer that boasts high ceilings and elegant wooden floorboards. A decorative console table with a round mirror & tasteful decor sets a welcoming tone for your stay.

- To the left of the entry hallway, behind stylish double doors, a cozy retreat offers a wall-mounted smart TV, soundbar, entertainment unit, and a plush deep sofa with chaise, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach activities.

- Located to the right of the entry hallway and behind a sliding door, a peaceful study awaits featuring a contemporary curved desk, chair, lamp, and an occasional chair with a side table, providing an ideal environment for work or study.

- To the rear of the home and also located on the ground floor you will find the laundry, bedroom 2, bathroom, separate toilet with sink, study nook, bedroom 3, bedroom 4, and the open-plan lounge, dining & kitchen space.

- A spacious laundry is equipped with a front loader washing machine and electric dryer for your convenience. An inbuilt trough with below cupboard space and a double linen cupboard is perfect if you require extra storage for your belongings. The glass sliding door off this space takes you to the outside clothesline.

- Bedroom 2 is a charming kids' domain featuring a single bed, bedside table, double mirrored wardrobe, and a collection of books and puzzles.

Fully stocked and equipped with high-end appliances, including a Fisher & Paykel two-drawer dishwasher, gas cooktop with 5 burners, Smeg oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine with milf frother, soda stream, french door fridge/freezer, and a spacious walk-in pantry. Enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar with three stylish wishbone stools.

- The dining space is light & bright and offers an elegant oval dining table that comfortably seats 8 with decorative wishbone dining chairs, with sliding door access to the outdoor alfresco area.

You are aware and agree that upon booking this property that you may find leaf debris in the pool which is out of our control due to environmental reasons ie: the weather - we cannot control the weather! There is a pool scoop & pool blanket that you are welcome to use during your stay to remove any leaf debris and keep pool warm! Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the pool servicing to take place so we can keep on top of regular pool maintenance.

- This property has regular lawn mowing & gardening which is carried out by a professional contractor every four (4) weeks. Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the lawn mowing/gardening servicing to take place so we can keep on top of this service.
