Our property operates with back-to-back bookings, so early check-ins and late check-outs may be limited.

To guarantee an early check-in, consider booking the night before. Alternatively, if available, an early check-in may be possible for an additional fee.

For late check-outs, booking an extra night might be necessary. If there are no immediate guests following your stay, we may be able to offer a late check-out for a fee.

Please give us as much notice as possible to help us accommodate your request.

👉 Guest Amenities:
Upon arrival, we will provide some basic amenities to help you settle in comfortably. If you need additional supplies during your stay, the nearest supermarket is conveniently located for your shopping needs.

👉 Neighbourly Consideration:
Our property is nestled in a vibrant community, so please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Keep noise levels down, especially during late hours, to ensure everyone`s enjoyment. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am.

👉 Climate Control:
Stay comfortable with our reverse-cycle split system air conditioning. You`ll find unit in the living area. There is no air-conditioning to the other rooms however being a stones throws to the beach there is often a cool breeze to keep you cool.

👉 Cool Comfort:
For additional comfort, bedrooms 2 and 3 are equipped with pedestal fans to keep you cool on warmer days.

👉 BBQ Etiquette:
Enjoy a sizzling barbecue on our outdoor grill, but please remember to clean it thoroughly after use. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

👉 Family-Friendly Amenities:
Traveling with little ones? We`ve got you covered! Highchairs and cots are available for hire. Just remember to bring your own cot linen for your baby`s comfort.

👉 Linen & Towels:
We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.

👉 Longer Stays:
For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest`s expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.

👉 Parking Information:
Our property features a standard driveway. There is ample space for parking your boat and/or jet skis. For your safety and convenience, on-street and driveway parking are not permitted.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
