This townhouse is located in a complex of 3 (three), this property is located to the rear of the complex so you will have privacy and is very quiet, you will have the entire property (standalone townhouse) for your use, please see below for what the property contains:
STAIRS - Townhouse with stairs inside to take you from ground floor to first floor
GROUND FLOOR - On the ground floor you will find the front entrance, TV area, dining, study desk for the working traveller, kitchen, laundry & separate toilet. - NEW KITCHEN (kitchen has been updated - new photos to follow!) electric cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher! - Paved courtyard with gates on either side so you can let the kids explore and play while you relax and enjoy your stay!
FIRST FLOOR - On the first floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with storage and one bathroom - The bathroom comes with a separate shower, bath & vanity - The main bedroom has a KING bed and ceiling fan - The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed - The third bedroom has a bunk bed - single over double
PARKING - Parking bays outside the townhouse for 2 cars (depending of the size of your cars) - Free street parking - Please adhere to our parking instructions listed in our check-in instructions. - Please do not park in the communal driveway as this obstructs other residents from moving their vehicles. There is a NO PARKING sign in the communal driveway outside the property - fines will be issued if guests obstruct this driveway.
Opposite the complex is a lovely park and field perfect for exploring!

- The closest bus stop which is located 1 minute walk from the property and it will take you to 'Stirling Train Station'. Stirling Train Station has buses and trains to take you north, south or into Perth city - very convenient!

- The property is a TOWNHOUSE and has a set of stairs inside the property.
- All bedrooms and the bathroom are located upstairs.
- You agree to all parking rules as listed in the description.
- This is an older style complex and due to it's age, the electricity coming in to the apartment can be limited and guests need to be cautious of what is used. To limit power, it is best to not overload the electric switchboard with the appliances and you will be required to turn over a couple of switches in the switchboard. This therefore means that if you need to use the electric hot plate, the hot water switch will need to be turned off and vice versa. • BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded. • SECURITY CAMERAS: Some of our properties are equipped with external security cameras, which are regularly monitored by management. To know if a property is equipped with cameras, please refer to the listing description. Please note that if these cameras are tampered with in any way, your booking will be immediately cancelled, you will be required to vacate the property, and no refunds will be provided. • NOISE MONITORING DEVICE: Some of our properties are equipped with noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. To know if a property is equipped with cameras, please refer to the listing description. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately. • CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay. • CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay. • CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees. • CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property. • EARLY CHECK-IN FEES: If you are seeking an early check-in, we charge a minimum $50 early check-in fee depending on the time of check-in. The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, check-in will be from 3:00pm or 4:00pm please refer to your reservation details. • LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Unfortunately we don’t offer late check-outs. However, we provide a 15-minute grace period after the designated check-out time. Check-out is at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, depending on your reservation details. If you remain in the property beyond the grace period, a late check-out fee will apply, starting at $100 or an amount based on the nightly rate, whichever is higher. The fee will depend on the length of the extended stay. • STARTER PACK OF CONSUMABLES: We supply a ‘starter pack’ of consumables upon your check-in. If you run out of these during your stay, it is your responsibility to stock them up. • PARKING: Please ensure you only park vehicles in the designated parking areas. There is strictly no street parking. • VISITORS: We do not allow any visitors unless approved by management first. We need to know who is staying & visiting the property, especially in case of an emergency. • EXTRA GUESTS WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have additional guests to what your booking details state, your booking may be cancelled immediately, and you will be required to leave the premises. No refunds will be issued. • NO EVENTS: This includes but is not limited to photography sessions, hen’s parties, buck’s parties, baby showers, birthdays, birthday gatherings, business events such as marketing and photography, high tea, or any gathering that results in an excessive number of occupants. Any violation will result in a penalty and immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
