🔑 Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the main cottage, the separate rear-yard studio with ensuite, and the private outdoor courtyard.
The studio and laundry are accessed via the rear yard, consistent with the home’s original workers cottage layout. Outdoor areas, including the pizza oven, BBQ, seating and garden, are for guest use only.
Self check-in is provided.

PARKING : Only Suitable for Very Small size cars due to narrow parking- Street Parking available when a spot free ( First -come , first served )
We asssume bookings for up to 4 people will only have the 3 QUEEN beds made up in MAIN house . Studio bed request includes additonal $35
Bookings 5-6 People will include the studio bed

This is a traditional heritage workers cottage and, as such, retains its original character. Guests should expect natural imperfections including creaky or uneven floorboards, older doors and fittings, and a classic layout rather than a modern build. These features are part of the home’s charm and history and do not affect comfort or functionality.
Air Conditioning only in Rear studio, TV Room and main living area out to the rear of the home.
BBQ must be cleaned after use otherwise we charge $50 cleaning fee
Bedroom 1 and 2 both have ceiling fans
Bedroom 3 has a pedestal fan
