**4 vehicles maximum parking ** Mohican Hillside has hiking / mountain bike trails across the street and minutes away on foot at Pleasant Hill Dam. Osprey trail is just off the driveway. The cottage sleeps 8 with a hot tub, spiral staircase, and 2 decks.

Kitchen and dining room - fully stocked including dishware and utensils, grill utensils, coffee pot that brews traditionally and K cups, coffee with filters, toaster, blender, cutting board, pots and pans, wine opener, and crock pot.
Both the upstairs and downstairs (spiral staircase to the lower level). Bedrooms include queen size beds, 32 inch televisions and linens.

Two bunk beds in the bunk room include bedding.

Bathrooms include towels ,toilet paper,and hair dryer and blue tooth speakers.

Top deck has a picnic table and a gas grill.

The hot tub is located on the lower deck. **There will be an extra cleaning fee of $150 for excessive use of the hot tub, causing the hot tub to need drained and refilled after your stay.)
