Seemed a little dicey walking to the end which makes it a challenge to use the kayaks provided. Even launching from the property isn’t possible because of the grass. « This home was perfect for a weekend stay while visiting friends in Steinhatchee. It is represented well by the photos in the listing, was very clean and comfortable. The host quickly responded when we had a question after check-in. We stayed over a weekend and it was very quiet. There is construction ongoing in this little neighborhood that resumed on week days, so there was expected noise from that, but it wasn’t bothersome for us. We agreed we would definitely stay again. »

« The little house on the river is very homey and cozy. The river view from the windows is amazing. So many stars to gaze at during the night and the peaceful flow of the river washes away all your worries. Great place for a couples getaway or a family gathering. Dorothy the host was amazing. « This house and surrounding property fit our family well. We loved the layout of the house and all the things the host provided to make our stay special. It was very clean. The furniture was very comfortable and beds were not too hard. The covered back porch was lovely for relaxing and feeling the breeze. The huge back yard was great for walking our 2 dachshunds. We were so appreciative that this host allowed dogs. The location of the house and lot were great. No houses on either side or in front...
