« We checked in and on the way to our 1st floor room saw the exterior door wide open for anyone to come in. We entered our room to a terrible smell. The window lock was broken so it could be opened from inside or outside.
We changed rooms and the next room had a big smash in the door reminding me of The Shining movie. Bed base frame was broken and the âleatherâ sit down ottoman was ripped for about 12 inches. Didnât try the continental breaksfast but it looked quite âoldâ. I wouldnât stay...

« Room - sliding door was off hinges had to put back on. Staff she was EXCELLENT Breakfast - MORE people than FOOD! i didn't' even wait to eat!
It was too hot to sit in pool area, so i sat outside of the window there to watch my grand daughters swim.
All in all I didn't NOT think this was worth the $$$ at all.
But my son booked this room. We WON'T be back! But the girl at front desk SHE WAS EXCELLENT ..... »

« Breakfast was 10/10. Staff was super nice. Hot tub didnât work so that was disappointing for my kids. Stairwells stunk like dog pee. Our room was clean though. »
